Today, the children and I gave the garden a thorough weed.  We also removed the old broad beans, celery, brassicas and silverbeet.

After this was completed I planted 3kg of Melba potatoes as our main crop of potatoes.  These are planted where the broad beans were in rows of 4.  From the “Eurogrow” website:
