I did it! I zested and then squeezed over 100 lemons! I ended up with ~1.75l and ~1l of zest. The kitchen smells so good! Then I cooked it all up to make lemon cordial.

Kenwood chef with citrus juicer!
A handful of zest, 500ml water, 650g sugar. Heated until the sugar dissolves, then boil lightly.
Add 500ml lemon juice, bring to the boil, strain and bottle in sterilised bottles.
Best of all, it tastes GREAT!
