May 25, 2012 Lemons Last week I picked a tub full of lemons. I made about 12 of them into lemon curd. The rest became lemon cordial today. Zest about 20 lemons 1.5l lemon juice 1.5l water 1.5kg sugar Mix, bring to the boil, bottle and freeze until required.
