I picked more asparagus today – 1.12kg of it!  I am running out of great ideas for asparagus – we’ve had it raw, lightly steamed, lightly steamed and dipped in soft-boiled eggs, in a cheese sauce with hard-boiled eggs and baked in the oven…  What is your favourite way to eat it?
