We have been away a lot lately.  The garden is incredibly overgrown – both with plants and weeds.  It’s so overgrown, I haven’t even wanted to take a photo of it yet!

Today, I sowed some seeds for winter crops:

Celery – Nutty x 6

Leek – Lyon x 12

Brussel sprout – Fillbasket x 12

I also planted out two citrus trees that have been in pots all winter – a lime and a kaffir lime.  I put a handful of citrus fertiliser and another of blood and bone into the bottom of each hole, mixed these with soil and planted the trees on the top of this soil/fertiliser mix.
