One of the things that I love about summer is the fruit! Yesterday husband picked a bowl of peaches (dixie red) and the last of the cherries. The peaches are large and juicy.

I picked more rhubarb, broad beans and potatoes (purple, pink and white skinned), the first zucchini and some fennel flowers. The fennel flowers have an amazing flavour – they give a real flavour burst to a stir-fry.
