It was a beautiful sunny, winter’s morning. I headed out to the garden and cut off the old stalks of rhubarb, parsley and the Jerusalem artichokes. I also pulled out a lot of weeds from all beds. The next step is to cut off the asparagus tops. I also need to give the paths a good weeding – particularly the south and east paths.
