I gently removed the cloves from the heads of garlic that I had selected for planting earlier in the year. I pressed the cloves (42 white, 28 pink & 30 red/purple) into shallow trenches before covering them with soil and mulch. The rest is up to the garlic!

I also removed the seeds from the oil seed pumpkins and have placed these in a warm place to dry.
