Today there was a good frost followed by lovely clear, blue skies. So I headed out to the garden to begin cutting off the stalks of the globe & Jerusalem artichokes, yams and asparagus.

As I was tidying up the plants, I picked all yams that were on the paths (1/2 bucket) and Jerusalem artichokes that were growing under the path (full bucket), windfall Sturmer and Granny Smith apples and the last 2 globe artichokes.
