Cheese

Last weekend I attended a cheese making workshop where we made a feta cheese and sampled several goat cheeses.  For my feta I used ordinary blue top milk from the supermarket – standardised and homogenised.  It’s pretty darn good!!  And not very difficult.  On Sunday I made a mozzarella and fresh pizza dough.  We had great pizzas!  Fresh, homemade cheeses and dough.
