On 25 March I made 9 jars of lemon marmalade.  It’s the first time I’ve ever made jam, it was VERY easy.  The marmalade looks great.  I can’t wait to try it on my freshly baked or toasted coconut bread.

I also made 3 jars of lemon curd – it is delicious!
