I’ve just finished harvesting the pumpkins. I was amazed at the size of some of the Hopi grey winter pumpkins that were climbing the garden fence (2nd photo). The vines are obviously stronger than they look.
I ended up with:
Butternut squash x 17 – several have splits and callouses in the skin, these will be turned into soup within the next month.
Austrian oil seed x 18
Hopi grey winter x 9





Yum we love those Buttercup ones they are so tasty your garden sure produces plenty Ross has had a successful garden this year as well our love to all Elaine.
Now we get to make pumpkin soup!
