Yesterday I harvested all of the Gala apples. They are absolutely delicious!

I have just finished sorting them for storage (a bin in the fridge), eat soon (a second bin in the fridge) and use as soon as possible – either eating or drying (in a bowl on the bench).

There were 42 perfect apples – completely blemish free (storage); 28 almost perfect apples – have a tiny blemish (storage); 21 apples with a small to medium blemish (eat soon) and 47 apples to be used as soon as possible.
