Feijoas, fennel seeds, walnuts and pumpkins

Over the last few days there have only been a few feijoas falling. Today there were many! YUM!

The fennel seed heads have been drying out in the sunroom alongside the walnuts. Yesterday I started to rub the seeds off the stalks. I’m about halfway there – so far I have about 1.5C of seeds.

Today I picked the 3 Hopi grey winter pumpkins and put them in the sunroom with the Austrian oil seed pumpkin and butternut squash. The two buckets of walnuts are drying nicely.
