I finally made it out to the garden to continue cutting off the Jerusalem artichoke stalks. I managed to get them all cut off and mostly picked up before I was driven back in by the rain. I’ll finish picking them up another time.
While picking up the artichoke stalks, I pulled out enough yams for us to have for lunch.
